We are bringing flavors from the lowcountry of South Carolina as well as ones found in regional cuisines across North America. Chef Brandon has a passion to feed your soul with fresh flavors he grew up eating and cooking. His background is working in kitchens all around Charleston and now he has brought Charleston to a kitchen in Nashville. He serves up not so traditional down home eats that put the soul in soul food.
